(link embedded on Pg2 P2) - Thanks Bingo! The link about "taking away infrastructure in developed countries" just opened our eyes to how much it takes to pay for modernity. Most of time, its easy to jump to the conclusion that the lack of infrastructure means there is something fundamentally wrong with the people who lack it.

Still looking for the Space Junk-dropping-in-Namibia metaphor.

In the meantime, all that comes to mind is the use of the song 'Space junk' by Wang Chung in that epic last scene in the pilot episode of the Walking Dead: http://www.youtube.com/watc... ;)
